Amazing unit, modern, warm, clean & comfortable. The major factor during our stay was how obliging the check in staff were, the boys and Ariana could not do enough for you.
We were transported daily to and from various parts of the resort, each day.

“Hokkaido Winter 2024”
We’ve been here on Nov 29-Dec 2, 2024 for a family vacation. Good thing it snowed a few days before we arrive, so we got a taste of snow and a ride to a lift. Terrazze Niseko is perfect for such type of vacation. We booked the 3 bedroom unit with a very spacious living room, dining and open kitchen with a perfect view of Mt. Yotei. The view alone is worth the price. Plus the very accommodating staff, Ryo, Ryan, Luke and Chris. You really made us feel at home. Thank you!

“The location was great”
Mt. Yotei was visible from the front of the living room! The location was great, with a view of Mt. Yotei from the bath and sauna, and the interior was stylish and the room was well cleaned and clean!

“Incredible must book!”
Words can’t describe how incredible this place and the management is!! The house is luxurious and massive! Floors are heated, rooms are clean and comfortable, views are mind blowing! If I could I would give this place 20/10! Oh and we were a bit lost in terms of transport so the host gave us complimentary shuttle to and from Kutchan station!!! Incredible must book!!!

“Great for skiing and fun in Hirafu!”
The apartment we had was fantastic with a prime view of Mt Yotei. The location is convenient to lots of local eating and drinking as well as the lifts. They (Nisade, which owns this and several other properties around) have a car service that will drive you essentially anywhere you like; just message in WhatsApp to set something up.

“I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to a group visiting Niseko!”
Our group had an amazing time at this Airbnb! We loved the view from the top floor and all the listed amenities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was so clean as well and of course they provided little house slippers for everyone. We loved the onsen room as well. It doesn't really look like it in the picture, but 4 adults can fit in there. The ski locker room was incredibly nice too. There are boot warmers for the whole building and a place to lock up your skis. The room is super warm too so no worries about leaving stuff overnight. Another amenity that wasn't listed was the car service the property provides. They drove us around Hirafu and while it's mostly walkable, getting dropped off at the lifts every morning felt magical. There were a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to a group visiting Niseko!

Absolutely amazing trip to Niseko. The Terrazze was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The best boot and ski room I have ever had the pleasure of using. The location is perfect. However, what truly made the stay was the staff!!! So incredibly helpful and always going above and beyond. Pleasant, humble and patient. Thank you Andrew, Emily and Monique!!!!! You are amazing. “A dream come true for the kids.”
Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Terraze Niseko! We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor, which had direct access to the snow—a dream come true for the kids. They were overjoyed to wake up every morning and build a snowman right outside. Watching the snow pile up from our cozy sofa at night was a magical experience. The service was excellent, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off services around the Hirafu area every day, making our trip super convenient. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, with great air quality and a warm, comfortable atmosphere—perfect for a small family gathering. The location is fantastic, just an 8-10 minute walk to the main road and Seicomart, with a bar and pizza restaurant right across the street. And waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Yotei, resembling Mount Fuji, was an absolute highlight. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back next year! Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Niseko.
