“Would definitely stay again”
Great time at Terrazze. The room was very spacious and kept clean. Hotel staff were kind and very professional and responsive. Great locker area to store ski equipment with ample drying rack space to keep the boots and gloves dry for the next day. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

“The view from the living room was amazing”
We stayed here for the Niseko classic bike race. The location was fantastic to get to and from the start/ finish area. The view from the living room was amazing as well. Super spacious and relaxing.

“The highlight is definitely the spectacular view of Mount Yotei”
Absolutely beautiful stay. The apartment is luxurious, spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable, but the highlight is definitely the spectacular view of Mount Yotei. Waking up and seeing the mountain right in front of us was unforgettable.
Everything felt peaceful, private and special , a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy Niseko with the family. We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. One of the most beautiful places we stayed during our Hokkaido trip. Highly recommended!

“We were particularly impressed with the service”
We recently stayed at Terrazze. The location of the apartment is great within walking distance to restaurants bars etc. We were particularly impressed with the service we received from Millie who looked after us very well.

“The crew that worked the shuttles and front desk were all outstanding”
The Penthouse exceeded expectations. The view of Mt Yotei from floor to ceiling windows in the living room was spectacular. The onsen and sauna in the apartment were exceptionally clean and delightful — again with a spectacular view of the volcano.
Especially appreciated the very responsive and available shuttle service to ski lifts and restaurants were an added bonus. The crew that worked the shuttles and front desk were all outstanding — Meg, James, Thomas, Aisha, Millie and everyone that was working while we were there could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Sorry that we don’t remember everyone’s names, but everyone that we interacted with while staying at Terrazze were all great.

“The room and amenities were great!”
Stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. Thomas was super helpful with our check in and out! The room and amenities were great! Nicely tucked away from the main areas so it was nice and quiet. The driver pickup/drop-off to and from the snow fields was also a game changer. Highly recommend!
